The Live URBAN REBOUNDING instructor training program is taught by one of our nationally trained & certified URBAN REBOUNDING Educational Team Members.

The training is broken down into four segments:

1. Program Overview: The History & Theory behind the URBAN REBOUNDING Workout

2. Physical Execution

3. Psychology of teaching an URBAN REBOUNDING

4. Beyond The URBAN REBOUNDING Program Workouts

Physical Execution Evaluation:

The instructor training concludes with a physical execution evaluation, in which the staff evaluate the club’s readiness to implement the program by assessing:

• The team's technique and knowledge of rebound exercise

• Quality of instruction

• Physical execution

Certificate & Continuing Education Credits

At the conclusion of the workshop, participants will receive a certificate of completion as well as continuing education credits from ACE & AFAA.
